After the demo a hidden plumbing issue was discovered that interfered with our ideas for the shower. Arthur brought one of his plumbers the very next day and they brainstormed ways to redo the plumbing so we could get exactly what we wanted. They successfully fixed the issue without any delay. We went for a tub/shower combo to a shower with porcelain tiling. It is great. He did a good future proofing it so we don't have the same problem with water damage that ruined the first design.
