I felt like his only client, as he and his team worked diligently to fix severe problems caused by a second rate renovation of an upstairs bathroom by a previous contractor. Gus was very helpful in giving intelligent advice about dealing with my insurance company, helping me not leave money on the table that was due to us. The only small hiccup was a couple spots that needed to be touched up with the painting after the work was done. Gus was 100% committed to our satisfaction and scheduled the touch ups right away. He and his team were very professional and helpful, and I have since turned to Gus and Sons for other projects in my rental unit. We had not heard of LFO, so were a little suspicious when they said they could install in 3 weeks (other fence companies were quoting 7-9 weeks; one never even called back). Sure enough, the showed on right on the appointed day with an expert and professional team. Sean, the owner, went out of his way to point out repair needs in our existing fence. He also gave us great advice along the way to help make our finished product perfect. Sean came by frequently throughout installation days to make sure the project was going as planned, however, his team were clearly very experienced and needed little supervision. They were polite, expert, and meticulous. They cleaned everything up beautifully when finished. We are so happy with the both the experience and the product. Definitely, put LFO at the top of your list for fencing."

"First they had to find why water was rapidly dripping from the kitchen ceiling; it was not obvious as to the problem. They eventually found that the drains from all the upstairs fixtures in two full bathrooms were backing up, so it had to be the main drain pipe. They eventually got it cleared after trying heavy duty drain clearers, but eventually had to use a heavy duty snake. The toilets had to have their seals replaced due to the pressure forcing water through them, and several seals in the drain pipes had to be repaired. About half of the kitchen ceiling had to be replaced. The plumbing work took a long time, but I can't judge if someone else could have found the problem more quickly. The kitchen ceiling repair was done perfectly."
