Two others could not find the source of my problem, Walter& Walter were methodical they tested every electrical outlet to find the source of my problem, they had an attitude of searching through a process of elimination. The switch boxes in my guest bathroom, master bathroom and outdoor deck had wires crossed, were not GFI, but were hot. A fire hazard and a major safety issue. After fixing the boxes all were caulked and properly sealed. My immune system is severely compromised socially distancing is of utmost importance. "We called DoneRite after the water heater replacement company fiddled with the Town’s water supply end and somehow caused a blockage that shut off water supply coming into our house. Willis and his assistant arrived promptly and were confident in their assessment of the situation and their proposed solution. They were courteous in their interactions and also said that if their solution did not work then they would not charge us. The Town had informed us the previous day that they should be contacted first to come and shut off the Town end of the supply for any repair work. Willis was respectful of this request from us and waited patiently for half an hour for the Town to send their people. Willis suggested a replacement for our main water valve (which was very old and stuck), and also got our water supply back quickly.
