"Having a lot of dust in my home was not nice to see and not healthy. I called The Best Air Quality and Restoration and received a price and booked an appointment for the next day. I could not ask for any more service than they gave me and they where very knowledgeable when answering my questions. Needless to say I will use them again in the future and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their air ducts cleaned. I do not see disgusting dust anymore in my home and I can sleep a lot better because I can breathe better. When they were at my house I also had them clean my clothes dryer exhaust which had a lot of lint in it and now my clothes will actually dry in one cycle so I guess I will also see a savings in my electric bill becomes it use to take up to three cycles. I am so happy that I had this service done cheers."

"Earlier this year, I found a water damage spot in my upper kitchen cabinet, MoldGone was one of 7 companies I met with. MoldGone was very professional and put many of my fears to rest that had arisen from another contractor telling me he needed to basically tear down my tiled kitchen wall. We hired MoldGone and the experience was great, no tearing down of my wall required, I also found their pricing to be very fair. The issue was found to be leak in the flashing on the roof, getting that repaired took a long time as many of the roofers are booked out for many weeks in advance. Once it was fixed I did have a bit of a wait to get back on their schedule, but it was nothing like waiting for the roofer. I am so happy to have my kitchen back together and the work they did looks amazing. The crew sent out was fantastic, a big thank you to them and the great job they did. MoldGone also seemed very responsive via e-mail which is something I love. I also liked that I was able to pay the work with the crew member after he was done. While I hope I never have another issue with mold or water damage, they would be my first call and the people I recommend to my friends and family."

"Wali Barack the project manager for water damage pro master was excellent in his service. He was extremely professional and experienced! He stayed with me through the entire dry out process. He was very thorough and inspecting everything even down to the studs. I will use them again in the future and will recommend and refer everyone to them."

Mostly good.  Painted exterior decorative trim when it was too cold so it didn't cure adequately.  Also, the exterior trim was not primed prior to painting.  Contractor said the trim was primed by the manufacturer....not true.  A few months after the install, the trim started to bulge again at the bottom due to water penetration (this was supposed to be fixed) and paint started peeling off the trim.  Since they weren't responsive to fix it the right way (sand, prime and repaint) In Nov of 2015 I spent $400 to have a painting contractor redo the priming and painting of the exterior trim....this contractor confirmed my suspicions that the trim was not primed at the manufacturer's plant and Adam contracting did not prime it.  There were other minor issues with door fit, gaps that had to be sealed due to inadequate door alignment, etc.  So he got the job done in a timely manner, but not as well as I would have liked.  His price was competitive with others and less than some, so I guess you get what you pay for.

"They were fast and were here within the hour. They moved the furniture and cleaned up the water. They set up all the fans and equipment. They came back three days later to make sure it was dry but it wasn't. They then proceeded to do other work to ensure it was going to dry. They gave the insurance company a status update and informed them I would need a bigger settlement since they found additional problems that they would need to fix."

"It went very well but the cost was $150 and they didn't do the flush due to lack of drain so I think the price might be a bit high but they were punctual and got the water heater back to temperature quickly."

"Steve came out on time and was very professional and overall just a nice guy.  He assessed the damage and confirmed that there was mold. He tested for moisture and felt that there would be minimal damage beyond replacing the cabinet. I appreciate his sincerity in advising us to use a handyman or similar service to replace the cabinet since his company focused more on the restoration and cleanup and our need for those services was minimal and would be more costly.  I also appreciate that he tested a few other areas in our home where we had had previous leaks to test for moisture and water damage. If we need restoration or clean up services in the future, I will definitely call KJS.

"It seems this time of the year is very busy for carpet cleaning firms. I was thrilled that Natura Care was able to squeeze me into their schedule. They arrived within the promised time window and were on site for about 3 hours. We have two dogs and our furniture and carpet really did need professional attention. Or sofa, loveseat and ottoman now look new again. I was surprised that the cushions were dry and ready to use the next day. Our carpet had a number of stains that were removed. We paid extra for stain protection for the carpet which seems to have been worthwhile. We will use this firm in the future for our cleaning needs.
