"They did good work in the first few visits. Then, they assumed they had our business and did an absolutely worse job. I tried to contact the owner and showed videos and pictures of all the areas that they left so dirty. It did not even look like anything was touched. I was extremely disappointed when he responded saying **what is your point?** He did not acknowledge the poor cleaning and did not offer any options to fix it. The worst experience I have had with any cleaning company!"
