"Hugh Keith and son are truly professional. Hugh Keith III did assessment, printed pictures on the spot, provided an exacting estimate and explained process. Hugh Keith Jr. foremaned the effort, taking the time to call, text and email situational updates. Roof was started on Monday. Upon completion of the back effort, Mr. Keith provided pictures and description of what was to follow. Front roof including slates was completed Tuesday with pictures, phone call, text and email. I was worried about them messing up my front yards or patio furniture. Not a sign of any work being done either day. In fact, they hauled away old satilitte dishes and old slate peallings that was all over the porch roof. Outstanding service. Highly recommended, especially for DC homes. Called others roofers, but Keith and Company's responsiveness and initial customer service sold me. I was not disappointed after enlisting their work. 5 year warrantee, but they told me I probably would not have to worry about the roof again and I believe them. Highly recommended."

Cameron gave the comfort of trusting him with the process he detailed. Nataly Caballero, the Repair Department's Production Coordinator was excellent pre-production tasks and kept in touch me about scheduling replacement date. the roofers were punctual, hardworking and excellent. The roof shingles were finished in one day, and after couple days, the gutters were installed. The crew took great care of cleaning the site grounds thoroughly. The Project Manager came and made sure to review the site without any debris. Last but not the least. a member of the Pond team came after two weeks of installation to scan for any nails that may be there. Thank you amazing Pond Team!"

"Mr. Burns is quite knowledgeable about the type of roof we had (built-up, also known as slag or tar & gravel), and the repairs necessary to correct a leak (vice replacement). Other roofers wouldnâ t take the job - it was out of their sphere of experience. Mr. Burns was prompt, clean and efficient, and charged a reasonable amount. On his first visit, Mr. Burns repaired part of the roof and eave that had rotted away over time. The rot was due to long term (years) water intrusion. There were two possible sources for the origin, but we took his advice to wait for rain to determine which area needed repair work. He returned in a few days, after a heavy rainstorm revealed the source, to find and repair the source of the leak higher up. The roof has been trouble free since his repair."

"This work was done under warranty related to a major project R&M did in 2010.  The major hale storm in the summer of 2010 badly damaged our roof and aluminum siding.  R&M was selected to replace the roof and the siding.  The total job was in excess of $25,000; fortunately it was covered by our insurance policy. <br /> We were very pleased by the earlier work. So, for this work I called R&M thinking we would be paying for a small project.  Kyle Hoffman, president and owner of Roofing & More, came and personally inspected the damage.  He made a video of the damage and described what needed to be done.  The video was then sent to the office via the Internet and a request was made for a technician to come as soon as one was available.  While sitting in our kitchen Kyle checked the office records via phone .  He then told us that the work was under warranty from the initial job and that there would be no cost to us. <br /> The technician came in less than an hour, he knew exactly what to do, and he did it quickly.  He was professional and polite. <br /> My wife and could not have been more pleased.
