They scheduled the install for as soon as possible. The door and door frame were replaced and everything looks brand new. They are very friendly and professional. DEFINITELY HIRE THEM. "Getting new windows and a sliding glass door was a daunting process, mostly because of the number of companies out there and not really knowing the difference between window types and if it’s worth the expense. We had a positive experience with Kenny at Nova Exteriors when he came to our house for an estimate. He wasn’t “salesy” (especially compared to reps from places like Window Nation that used annoying pressure sales tactics). The options were straight-forward, and we liked the company history & products/labor warranties. The negative would be cost (on the higher end of estimates compared to others we received) but at the end of the day we went with the company we liked and decided to pay more for overall quality. It’s hard to know if we get up-charged for location (the same windows in a different county are probably a certain % cheaper) but that’s out of our control. The installation went smoothly, and the team was friendly, efficient, and did a nice job. We hope to enjoy our new windows and sliding glass door for many years to come!"

"We had 5 companies come out to quote replacing 3 of our exterior doors. Roland is not a pushy salesman with the must purchase today or the price increases motto. He answered multiple emails and even came out a second time to our home to further discuss replacing the doors and answer our questions. He checked in in-person a couple of times during the install process to make sure things were going smoothly. The install team were hard workers and did a great job. We used Star Home Improvements because of their reviews and we didn’t feel like just another number to the company. The plus side was they also came in with the lowest quote. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to others."

"Wow did a gret job We had all new windows installed about a month now. We can see, hear and feel the differance. After looking at the big box stores. The quality of windowns from WoW was much better. We did not buy the top grade windowns but think we got a good quality windown. The whole process took 8-10 weeks. We hoped it would have been quicker since we purchaced durning winter months. But install was the best over 20 windows in 1.5 days. Great job overall!!! Like for them to do my doors; next project."

"NOVA Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing 3 exterior doors at our home. They checked every box one could ask for. Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

"I am very pleased with the entire process, from ordering the new door and storm door to installation. The products that were delivered were custom even by their standards as my wife had the salesperson flipping back and forth through the catalog to mix and match all sorts of options! He was extremely pleasant and the price quoted was the price. It seems high, but if they stand behind the "lifetime of the house" warranty, it is worth it. The product that was installed is high quality and I am pleased with the installation. Santiago took time out to explain things to me and make sure I was satisfied at completion.
