"Beyond my expectations! The old door was condensing inside and out, we knew there would be extensive damage to the wood framing and floor area beneath. It was worse than I expected. Mike installed the new door, created a way for our pet door to fit while still being able to LOCK the slider! Over three days - the tear out, purchasing of many materials, repairing the frame, installing the new door, repainting/restoring the interior and exterior to BETTER than they previously appeared, and rigging that new and improved pet door - he worked diligently. I have never had a workman that was so neat! Cleaning up debris, bagging trash, maintaining the work area organized and safe. The company we hired to do the work made three 10 by 10 holes in our basement drywall in order to pull the gas line to the fireplace on the floor above. ============================================= King repaired the three holes, and the work was beautifully done! What impressed me most about Oscar, King's CEO, is that he was willing to come to our house to explain the work that needed to be done and provide an estimate. Three other companies provided quotes but over the phone or text and not in person. It is a good thing he did come out!! He discovered that one of the patches required special handling. 1 inch drywall screws for this patch could not be used because the 1 inchers would puncture duct work. "Two Brothers Handymen enlarged a single closet door to a double door. I have an antique house and it was a huge job which required removing plaster walls, patching antique pine floors and matching original casing and baseboards. They took the trouble of carefully removing and reusing materials where possible. The job they did was absolutely superb and it looks like an original part of the house. Beyond that, they were highly responsive, reasonably priced, cleaned the job site thoroughly after each day, and were really, really nice guys. Highly recommend with no reservations!"
