They aren't the cheapest quote we got but we decided to choose them because Mark is responsive, serious about his work and a friendly person to work with. From the initial conversation to the end, Mark was very accommodating. He also gave us some idea as well. Originally he was going to have more guys to work on the lawn, but ended up having 2 guys working on it due to one other guy was not available. At first I was a bit skeptical on the progress, but at the end it turned out amazing. He even came over to check on the lawn a week after it was completed to make sure it's done correctly. "Gerald showed up on time and actually was able to make the repairs to the system immediately. The cost was probably higher than normal but he came in the early evening (6:15pm) and stayed until he finished the work. (8:45pm!) He also took the time to give us a tutorial on our Hunter System. I would rather pay more for quality work and professionalism, than have a lower price with poor quality. The previous owner went that route and the exterior parts of the system froze and needed to be replaced. Overall very happy with Gerald and G&N Irrigation. I would highly recommend them."
