"My interaction with Jordan Gast (and later with the owner Jim Briley) was first rate. Jordan was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in designing a solution. He also allowed me to pester him at several later times with questions and concerns. The work done (with the company owner actually participating in the project) was absolutely first rate. They left the site having created a beautiful addition to the yard that I believe will provide the drainage relief that was needed. The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting. We are 100% satisfied with the results."

"My partner Steve and I hired Crawlspaces and More to work on our crawlspace issues. We had an unlevel floor in one of our bedrooms, we had excess moisture and mold on the wood in our subfloor of that particular bedroom. So the crew came out to our house right on schedule and got busy solving our problems. The floor was leveled with jacks, the mold remediation was done, and we got a vapor barrier throughout the crawlspace, which helps with excess moisture in our house as well. We were very pleased with the work done by Crawlspaces and More. Yes the job was expensive, but they worked with us and the final result was a small fraction of what we Could have been charged, had we hired Trotter or Aqua Guard or any of the other well-known foundation repair companies. "I had tight time constraints and Sundry Waterproofing delivered!
A previous plumber had dug 5-6 feet below the dirt line and made some holes in my foundation to fix a sewer drain issue.  Unfortunately, the plumber never finished the job and left me with several holes in my foundation and a pile of dirt in my driveway.  
Upon my call, Sundry came out the next day and gave a reasonable quote to fix this, as well as replace some insufficient vapor barriers in my crawl spaces.  I agreed and they were able to schedule the job quickly.
On service day, the work crew, headed by William, arrived on time and got to work.  The crew (especially William) was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours.  
I thank William and his crew for a job well done, and Curt (the owner) for his flexibility.  I highly recommended these folks.
