He personally managed and worked side by side with his crew. He is very concerned with customer satisfaction. He voluntarily performed additional mud work when he noticed some imperfections that he felt should be addressed in addition to the work agreed upon. When we raised a question about the color of the paint looking different than the sample, he postponed applying it until later that day, when we were satisfied that it was the correct hue.
