Space was not available to go full ADA specifications, and plans construction plans were not available. Mr. Craig worked and us in thinking 'outside the box' of the typical/usual. One of our family members has a progressive weakness disability, and the solution will provide the capability of everything from walk-in to wheelchair with 'class'. Floors are slate tile, shower of cultured marble, fold-down teak seat, standard and hand-held shower heads with ability to alter between the 2, glass doors, coordinated grab bars and more, built-in closet shelves, etc. THANK YOU for making it so that we can remain in our home long term!"

"There was a little mix up about when the work would start; however, once that got straightened out everything went very well. Had to rebuild steep steps on our raised front deck and did a great job. There was more rot than what they thought but the estimate held other than having to order some wood to make the repairs. Did a great job and had it done in 1 1/2 days. Highly recommend them."

The price was fair and the work was excellent. I was disappointed in the total calculated by home advisor, because they underestimated the work in their calculation. However, before Eduardo even started the job he communicated what would be expected. I shared pictures with him so he could calculate what the job would entail. I appreciated his communication and reliability. I also appreciated that during this covid quarantine he wore a mask at all times. "I have an old garage with 8x8 bifold doors. While in the midst of selling my house, wind ripped one of the doors off and smashed it. I was left with a mangled door frame with no header. In order to hang a modern garage door, I needed a new header and frame. I called Premier and they got me taken care of. The garage looks great and they were kind enough to coordinate with another contractor that I was working with as well. I will absolutely use them again once I move to my new property."
