He offered to do additional work that was needed in connection with the fence repair, all of which was well below the other quotes that I received. He and his associate worked diligently, and upon completion, he made a small repair to my porch railing for no charge. "What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."
