"The sales person that came to my house was very knowledgeable took his time and zero pressure I generally do not enjoy dealing with salespeople but I actually enjoyed this process. Matthew was a pleasure to deal with"

"He has always been very fair when it comes to price. He has a big heart. If I wanted to do something a certain way and he thought of a different way that would be better for me. He will explain his reason why he would go this way but he will always leave it up to me, the customer. He provides a wealth of knowledge. I renovate homes and he is my go to guy for the work I need on my investment properties. He shows up on time and when he said he will be there he is there. He has a great personality, his hygiene is good, he always has a smile on his face and is very accommodating."

"Installation was spectacular! Very professional and communicative. Great Job. Thank you so much."

"We have a lot of wind here on the hill. Working with light materials like vinyl siding and aluminum facia on a 7/12 pitch roof was tough for the boys to accomplish their repairs, it took a little longer than planned, but repairs were made, and all scrapes and materials were removed from the grounds."

They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and provided valuable suggestions and recommendations to help me achieve the look and feel I wanted for my home. Throughout the project, the team demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship, ensuring that every aspect of the work was done to the highest standards. They were also very respectful of my home and worked efficiently and cleanly, minimizing any disruption to my daily routine. When the project was completed, I was absolutely thrilled with the results. The renovation work had transformed my home into a beautiful and functional space, and the interior painting had given it a fresh, modern look that I wanted. Overall, I highly recommend this company. "For the second time we are so pleased with our recent contract with Potter House Group.  Our first experience with Potter House Group was a new build construction project.  They found us a lot and built us a custom home about 9 years ago.  Since then we relocated into a 115 year old home and we hired them for our kitchen remodel.  First we did our research, and we sought bids from several contractors.  Potter House Group once again had a competitive quote, that we felt had all the "bases" and potential "surprises" covered.  We also felt that the allowances that were allotted in our estimate allowed us to select quality selections for the fixtures, granite, cabinetry & flooring.  What impressed us the most is that once again we worked directly with the owner, Lee, for the duration of the project.  From the very beginning, Lee was professional, honest, and extremely efficient with our time.  Our kitchen was completely gutted down to the bare studs, removing of walls, flooring, electric, and a back staircase.  When you are without the hub of your home-the kitchen-meeting timelines is very important.   They met all timelines and brought in the necessary resources and tradesmen to perform various scopes of work.  All the inspections that were needed went well too.  Lee addressed any questions or concerns we had during the process responsively.  Without a doubt, Potter House Group will be the contactor we use for the next job.  We are already dreaming of our next project, a master bath addition.  Can?t wait!  Potter House Group is highly recommended!!!
Thank you Lee for a beautiful kitchen!"
