"Pete arrived when he said he would, texted me the day of to confirm and texted me when he was on his way. After diagnosing, he determined that the heating element needed to be replaced. The dryer was very dirty inside and he asked for my vacuum and cleaned it out for me while fixing it, which I thought was very nice. He was was done with the job in 1/2 hour.
