The technicians arrived, assessed the situation, and used their commercial drain snakes to completely clear the affected lines. Our kitchen sink was back in order in less than hour. The guest bathroom was a bit more serious of a problem, involved pulling the toilet off and generated some pretty nasty smells... but everything there was fixed and cleaned up in an hour and half. The technicians were clean, courteous, personal and provided good tips for preventing further issues. Each time they left, you couldn't even tell they'd been there - aside from the working drains! The price seemed great at ~$85 for the kitchen and ~$140 for the bathroom. I've hired em twice already and would definitely hire them again!"

He did everything possible, went abobe and beyond to try to save us money on the repair. <br /> He finally did have to replace the galvanized pipes. He minimized the damage to the walls, by carefully choosing the area to make the hole, even though it made the work much harder for him. He had to work from the back of the piping, but it saved us having to tear out bathroom tile and then having to hire someone else to retile the bathroom. <br /> He even helped me carry out some items to my car!! <br /> The work was done in one day and we are thrilled with his service!! <br /> On time and did the work as promised.
