"The gentleman came out and checked over both the hot water tank and the furnace. He was able to get the hot water tank lit and working. He took the cover off the furnace and inspected it. He educated me on the importance of changing the furnace filter every year. That was good information."

"They did a great job and spent longer than expected as he said was the drain was clogged with something rock hard, turns out that using too much Liquid Plummer and not getting any results and letting repair go too long to call in a Pro leads to really clogged drain. Needless to say Steve got it all cleared and even tho he spent that much time he charged me $50 less than he quoted me, I will call on him next time I need work done."
