"It was just fine. They showed up promptly. I wasn't here but they did the job and they're very efficient. Everything was cleaned up. We used them mainly because last year, we used them for our roof and doors. We were so pleased with the work they did so we decided to go with them again. We did some research. We checked Angie's List and checked the consumer's check-book and saw a lot of ratings and that was based on our experience with the work they did last year. Bill came and walked roof, explained material options, addressed all my concerns with various leakpoints I’d discovered upon moving into my home. He communicated promptly regarding scheduling, his crew was great, they worked efficiently to complete my roof same day. They cleaned up all the materials upon completion and showed me at different points how they addressed the pre-existing damage/leaks. I will definitely use All Exteriors again. In fact, planning to hire for exterior wall of home that also has extensive water damage (from roof problem). "We had Power Home Remodeling replace our roof in 2014, which had extensive mold damage. Salesmen were courteous and not pushy, and the installation went smooth as expected. With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. This year we had windows replace in half of our home and they look pretty great.
