Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"Great husband and wife team, very nice people. They completed the work per the estimate. The only thing not up to my expectations was their follow through in getting back to me. First with the estimate, which came 2 days after I was told I would have it. and after the work on my sliding door was finished, they were supposed to get back to me on whether or not they could find new wheels for the door. They said I should hear the next day, it's been over a month and I never heard back from them."

"Dave came out and estimated the work within a couple days of calling. He was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions on what he felt was the best solution for my very worn, weathered decks. I appreciated the fact that Dave was on time and finished the work within a few days as promised. I was impressed at how much pride he takes in his work and that fact that he does not take any shortcuts. In fact, he included additional work that he felt was needed at no extra cost. I am very pleased with the work he did and and the amount paid for the work. The total cost included about $200-$250 for a specific brand of stain I requested, which was a little spendy (but very good quality). Overall, Dave did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him."

He removed a protruding bench-like structure from the entire length of our retaining fence which had become a nuisance from the adjacent neighborhood park and he disposed of the wood, etc. Not only did this improve the look of the fence, no one can sit on our fence any more!
