His prices are very reasonable but mostly we’re thrilled with his expertise, attention to detail, and professional manner of always being available and showing up as scheduled. He took the time to explain all his recommended repairs and why. His crew were extremely polite, friendly, and very conscious of keeping work areas clean and free of debris. We live in a court and all our neighbors appreciated how easy it was to have “Distinctive Enterprises” in our neighborhood. We’re continually getting drive by compliments of how fantastic our house looks and want their contact info. So we highly recommend stopping your search and getting your home on his schedule because this level of craftsmanship is hard to find and greatly sought after."

I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
