"Eugene was very prompt with contacting us to look over the job and give a quote. The job was done beautifully by his two floor refinishers and they took a total of four days from start to finish. Eugene recommended the correct finish for the oak floors which complimented the oak hardwood steps that were not refinished. Val and Michael were polite and very neat and tidy with their work and they were able to move my furniture which was a necessary requirement for us. Very pleasant crew and again a beautiful job."

"Tod Benson an owner, installed tile on the kitchen backsplash. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He did an excellent job. My husband and I are very happy with our new kitchen. We would definitely hire Tod again.

"The job was much bigger than I expected - or anyone for that matter - as moisture had caused crumbling of the floor under the carpet along edges and in corners. They worked through the weekend to make up time. Tony himself did a lot of the repair. The carpet that they installed is beautiful and it's so nice to know the floors are solid and safe now. They were more than fair in all pricing, actually coming in slightly less than estimated."

"They did a very good job, and they were careful not to damage siding or surrounding landscaping.   Cleaned up the work area each day, and upon completion left the area looking better than before the work started.   The best part -- no more leaking water in our basement.   I waited to write this review until we had been through a couple period of heavy rain.   Thanks Q!

"We worked primarily with Vitaliy ( salesperson ) and Roman ( delivery & install ). The entire process was very smooth from start to finish. We checked out a large variety of product options in the store and Vitaliy brought samples of our favorites to our house when putting together the free estimates. Initially we were only going to do two rooms, but he put together 3 different estimates and we realized it made much more sense to go with the option that would cover the whole first floor (except the kitchen which is tile ).
They delivered the flooring right on time, 1 week ahead of the install date in order to allow it to acclimate to our house. Once the install started they worked around our needs as far as the order of the rooms and scheduling the work. The complete installation took roughly 5 days and for the most part we were able to keep one room 'operational' by shuffling furniture back and forth.
It's always hard when doing a big project like this to continue living/working in your house, but Roman did a great job keeping the mess to a minimum and he was very respectful of our space throughout the process. He cleaned up thoroughly every day before leaving, and I was really pleased with how hard he worked, and also amazed that he could keep such attention to detail after 10+ hour days. Speaking of details, our house was built in 1948 and full of complex transitions, funky angles, squeeky spots and a mish-mash of trim. Roman did an awesome job prepping the floors ( removing squeeks using screws, leveling, etc. ), selecting matching transition pieces, and cutting/notching out the existing trim-work to make the new flooring fit seamlessly. I was really surprised by how much work this turned out to be, and really pleased that the final invoice was right in line with what they had quoted me!
I highly recommend Avenues Outlet. They are easy going, knowledgeable, and very hard working.

"The place was great. They are friendly, helpful, and didn't mind us coming back several times when we couldn't make up our minds. When we finally selected our granite color, they were very happy to move the slabs around so we could see each (slightly different one) until we could find the exact one we wanted.  We didn't purchase directly from them (our contractor did), but our other contact with them would allow me to recommend them."

"I was very please with the work that was done. It was done efficiently and all the repairs were completed. I would definitely use them again. I was also very pleased with the price."

"Project was completed in a timely fashion and looks wonderful."

"He did amazing work! Arrived on time everyday and completed the work better than we expected AND ahead of schedule. We will hire him again for work we need in our kitchen and guest bathroom later this year. Cannot rave about Sterling Contracting enough! Thank you!!"
