He figured out an ingenious way to hoist the heavy door to the second floor, and very skillfully and quickly adjusted the frame to fit the door, and affixed the heavy-duty hinges. And for the first-floor door, he figured out a way to repair the existing frame (rather than replace it), thereby saving me hundreds of dollars. All the work was done to a very high standard by a skilled professional who worked quickly and efficiently. And the price-tag for all this was remarkably low -- only a third the price I'd been quoted by another local handyman firm. I am delighted to have discovered Bryan, and look forward to calling him the next time I need help with a home repair."

"This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. I would rehire &/or recommend them in a heartbeat."

"The work was completed to complete satisfaction and even went beyond expectations in terms of service and deliverables. I had Mel replace an existing door in a non standard size doorway. I have other projects and thought this would be a good way to get to know Mel and the work I could expect. What I can say from what I learned is that Mel is very much a seasoned craftsman as demonstrated by his solid work and attention to detail. He is also timely, responsive, and trust worthy which are all things I look for in a contractor. I plan to use Mel for my next project and would highly recommend him to someone who is looking for these characteristics in a contractor. "Great job overall. Had the entire house power washed and painted - aluminum siding and brick. The whole process took a few days but is necessary to do the job right. After power washing, they went over the whole house filling cracks with silicone, covered the windows, pulled back mulch and protected bushes from overspray. The applied two coats with a high quality paint and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend!"
