"Garage floor repair went very well! They were very quick to get the repairs down. They took a 6.5 foot by 21 foot slab out and poured new concrete that matches to the other section of the garage. "I needed to put in a concrete barrier. Andrej came by and gave a very low estimate. I was initially concerned about the low bid. I was also concerned about the low scores from other reviewers on Angie's list. I noticed however that many of the reviewers had not actually used Andrej's services and were simply concerned by his low bid or maybe his accent. Who knows. 
Needless to say, I had Andrej complete the work. He did a great job on the concrete. He came back after a couple of days to repair spots in the concrete that I did not notice and did not care if the spots were repaired. Andrej insisted on making the repairs. 
I have used Andrej on second job already. He did a great job on the second concrete project too.

"They started the work but were delayed by rain. They had to skip work for a couple of days. It took longer than I had anticipated. I can understand that they could not do that type of work in the rain. As far as I can tell, it looks fine. The price was $3800. That was probably okay. I cannot rate them one way or the other; whether that was fair or not. There is no way I can reconciling it to something else. We have not had this kind of work done before. We have a 2 storey house with a peaked attic. The chimney was above the peak. They had to put scaffolding on it to put the cap. They had to dig out because it was loose. They did up a good job of cleaning up afterwards. I cannot hold it against him for not working in the rain."
