Exceptional quality on every job. Architect assistance for drawing a home specifically for customer's lifestyle. Pre purchase lot/land evaluation - site prep fpr a 3,500' home can vary from $3,000 up to $30,000 or more depending on soil quality. It is very important to contact Tony before buying land or drawing home plans. I can save customers tens of thousands of dollars on their new home just by changing a few details on how it is drawn, which is not the architect's job. We are also licensed, bonded, and insured.

"He discovered some additional issues during the cleaning and inspection, and he took time to explain the problems and recommended repairs. Armon was very knowledgeable and professional. He completed the work promptly on a tight schedule even with weather challenges, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend The Chimney Man!"
