"They applied two coats of Rodda Cover Coat paint, which both ensured good coverage and durability. Because of the "unknown" factor, i.e., extent of water damage, the carpentry repairs were performed on a "time and material" basis. Additionally, the 25 year old weather stripping was replaced on exterior doors when they were removed for painting. All went very well and I'm delighted with results."
