"I met with Mike of Mikes Construction regarding with having my hard wood floors replace. Mike took time to explain that the hard wood floor and the age of the home would not be possible. Mike took me to several flooring place and suggested alternative flooring. I mentioned about doing a remodel of my kitchen and Mike stated that was something he was license to do. I asked for an estimate on the kitchen remodel and the replacement of all the hard wood floors. The estimate was reasonable and he started work the following week. He was always on time and at the end of the day never left a mess. He communicated by phone and text message with any question that arose. I am very pleased with my kitchen remodel and extremely happy with my hard wood floors. I have an elderly dog and he and his coworkers were very courteous not to upset her. In the future I plan to have Mike do the remodels in both of my bathrooms."

"We had a Pella patio door w/ sliding screen door, installed 1994. A year and a half ago, one of the screws holding the sliding screen door went loose because the anchor in the slide broke. Made all the calls to Pella, other door companies to find a replacement part...doesn't exist. Had a local door guy come in and his only recommendation was replace the whole patio door at a cost of around $15,000. No way. My wife doesn't like broken things. Had to bungee the sliding screen door back to keep it from sliding on its own to block the outside door. So I described the basic problem and she put it out there on Angies'. Literally within seconds I got a call from Allexsis, from "In a Better Space". He was available in an hour to check out the door. Couldn't fix it that first visit but he had an idea on how to do it. Went home with the "slide mechanism" for the screen door and came back today and installed the slide after putting in his "modified" screw anchor. It worked, and well."

"The job began with our purchasing some materials from a local home improvement store. The store strongly recommended Brandon's Floor Coverings for the laminate installation, since they were one of the only factory certified installers for the laminate. We made an appointment to meet the installer and have him look over the job.
From the first meeting we knew we were in good hands. Brandon's showed us how to save money without sacrificing quality or appearance on materials we were purchasing. The installer also explained the need for the additional prep work he was willing to do or said he would show us how to do it if we wanted to save money and do it ourselves. (We had Brandon's do the work.)
Next came scheduling. Brandon's was flexible around our living needs and coordinated the planning out of the different phases of the work with those in mind. It WAS NOT a case of and quot;Here is our schedule; we can do you now or never.and quot; They worked with us.
As they moved from room to room, they helped with moving furniture, etc; and, as I said, did exceptional work, right down to final trimming, vacuuming and polishing.
Last of all, we have five cats--cats that hate to have strangers in their space. Brandon's was very careful to make sure they did not get out and did not have any more stress than was absolutely needed. I felt as if they were treating my home as their own.

He made himself available to meet me to evaluate the designated large property for major weed removal from multiple large raised beds, clean up and mowing the back yard and removal of the existing poor front lawn and replacing it with sod, and assistance with our damaged sprinkler control center. He provided us with a written estimate that we felt was more than fair for the required work. They did a beautiful job in every area of the services provided and completed the work within the estimated time frame.
