Since May of 2000 I have provided full General Contracting, Construction Engineering Mangagement, remodeling, permitting and handyman services with full bonding and insurance to residents and businesses in the city and County of San Francisco. "Jerrick seemed very nice and professional on the phone when we made the appointment and agreed to the price. We spoke again the day of the scheduled installation, around 2:30 PM (our appointment was at 3) and he seemed fine, and asked if we could schedule for 4:30 PM instead of our originally scheduled 3:00. I agreed, but Jerrick was a no show, and never called back, answered any further texts, or answered or returned any of my calls. I never heard from Jerrick again. My wife and I waited unti 6 PM, while continually calling and texting Jerrick. I ultimately had to schedule the job with another TV wall mounting service, who did an excellent job. I hope that Jerrick is ok."

"My pro Sal was very efficient in clearing manifold problems. He was patient in listening when I was trying to explain the problems that I was having. I had made a list and we went through all of the conditions that were giving me grief. After a system reboot something strange having to do with the font occurred. I called Sal and he worked remotely going through changes that had been made. The problem was finally resolved. I was very pleased with Sal's ability to decipher what this layman (laywoman) was trying to say. If I have problems in the future, I will contact Sal."
