Even with adding a bathroom and a wet bar, they finished quickly and within budget. The communication and attention to detail was impeccable and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of home remodeling. Jarek and Robert were accommodating to any changes we wanted to make, flexible and offered expert guidance during the project. We received several quotes for the basement and Jarek was the only contractor to suggest leaving the ceiling unfinished and painted black for tax reasons. We got 7 other quotes and not a single contractor told us that because it would mean less money in their pocket, but Sadov did because their main priority was customer satisfaction.
