After the third time we decided to let a professional do the job. Brandon and Heritage Builders took care of our siding problem so quickly and professionally. "Rusty did a new driveway for us in May 2022 and within months there were already massive cracks. A friend of mine that does construction took a look at it and said that cracks should never go through a control joint but one of my cracks is 20+ feet long and goes through 3 different control joints! I spoke to Rusty on the phone in September and he said he would come out to inspect within a week. I waited 2 weeks and when he didnt show up I called again and left a voicemail. He did not return my call so I called again a couple weeks later and again left a voicemail but again he didn't return my call. Just called again today and left another voicemail. I rarely leave negative reviews but I dont know know what else to do to get his attention so hopefully he responds to this review and resolves this situation. Else this should be a warning to others about his quality and customer service. More than happy to amend this review if I ever hear from Rusty."
