"DANA Insulation provided the most competitive quote and performed the job in an excellent, and timely manner. They communicated with me throughout the process and their crew was awesome. I highly recommend this company for anyone with insulation needs."

"Ron Stead was very friendly and professional on the phone when I talked to him. His son who came out to do the inspection was very knowledgeable and informative. The 2 guys that were sent out to do the insulation were professional, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and very friendly. I cannot recommend this company enough. They were the lowest quote and by far the best value!"

"The insulation was installed as promised on the appropriate date, we are satisfied with the insulation. The problem was the work crew was extremely careless. There was foam insulation over the front door, front windows, they have to take off your siding in different areas, I am still picking up hundreds of screws. Foam insulation is still being picked up in my front mulch. Tarps were supposed to be laid and were not put down. My basement was another problem, it is finished with the Dow Corning type system, again, tarps were not used. There is foam insulation in three different areas that do not come off the cloth walls. When we started to point out these issues, they seem very concerned. The crew came back out and power washed the front of my house. The foam did not come off. They used our water for their power washer, left it running which created an ice dam in our back yard. On several occasions, we have tried to get some form of compensation for the basement and they are always looking into it; We are satisfied with the insulation, but everything was such a mess it was not worth it. I would look at other companies."

"I called Austin Insulation after checking with a few other local competitors. I figured since my name is Austin, these guys HAVE to be the best around. Rob was able to get the job done today within days of my initial call which was HUGE because everyone else was weeks to months out. I think people are passing Austin Insulation because of the small amount of Google reviews; don't make that mistake. They had the best price and fantastic service, please give them your business"

"I bought a home in Madison Heights in 2012. It was built in 1959. I didnâ t know until recently why it was cold in certain area of my house. I was referred by a friend/contractor to Tom with Dana Insulation. Tom came out on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He said there are a few places where heat is lost. The attic, basement (where the top wall meets the house called the shoulder. Tom went up in my attic and said there was decent insulation but it should have more. While he was there he recommended a few roof vents due to air circulation problems. (I had no soffit vents). He then noticed my bathroom exhaust fan only vented into the attic but not out of the house. He said moisture will be an issue. He also told me what I already knew which was these older homes have â Zeroâ absolutely â Noâ insulation inside any of my (4)outside walls. I was emailed my quote in a very timely manner and the price was reasonable. They also told me I could get special financing via â Michigan Saves.â I got my financing approved and it was very easy. Long story (sorry) is the crew came out as well as Steve. Steve who was in charge is a very humble, knowledgeable, personable and amazingly honest human. The crew did a job on my house that turned not only amazed my girlfriend and I but exceeded my expectations. My cold back bedroom rooms are no longer cold after filling the gaps with blown in insulation. The temperature is steady and even. Itâ s amazing how much of a difference insulation literally (on every level) of my house made. Itâ s a smaller home but I love it and plan on staying here forever. When the job was done, Steve came out so I could sign off. He said â Now you can have your home back.â That stuck with me because he really cared and treated this home like it was his own. As soon as Steve left I contacted Sam who is the owner. I let him know how happy I was. Sam was so personable that we talked for awhile as well. I will absolutely recommend Dana Insulation to anyone and everyone. I knew it would help but had no clue I would notice this much of a difference."

"Very pleased with the outcome. The team did a great job filling the cavities that needed new insulation, they cleaned up after the job and the price was very reasonable considering I got 3 other quotes and those were much higher. I would use again and recommend others to use."

"Jeff T. and Ashley W. took care of every detail in quoting and setting up our install. The installation crew #1, Joey, Mader, Cody, Maupin and Nick were exceptional. They were polite, professional and once the installation was finished you would never know they were here. We are extremely satisfied and will be using Retro Foam in the future to insulate the attic and crawl space of our home. Retro Foam has made a huge difference regulating the temperature of our home. The added bonus is how much quieter the insulation has made outside noises. Thank you for providing us with such an EXCELLENT experience. We will definitely recommend!"

"Could not ask for a better experience with a home project. The two young men sent to do the work were most courteous, on-time, professional and thorough in their work keeping us informed of each action and approx. timeline. These young men, and the services performed, truly reflect the service commitment of the owners to their customers like us! We are most pleased with the work and look forward to further benefitting from the work with our insulation needs. Would rehire, if needed. Would, sans hesitation or equivocation highly recommend this service provider - BlownInsulation.comm"

"Fast work. Great communication up until trying to communicate with project manager. Was told everything would be completed within two days. The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". Sales portion and inspection went great. Fantastic everything up until the install."

"Does not do the type of foam insulation that I need done."
