They arrived exactly on time with a large crew, big trucks and machinery and the prepwork was done very quickly and professionally. This happened again on the asphalt installation day. Lots of trucks, an asphalt laying machine just like the ones the highway department uses, only smaller, and a steam roller. Again, very professional; everyone knew their job and they worked well as a team. They also went out of their way to do things just the way we asked. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area.
