"Mark is a professional who takes pride in his work. He took time to understand our needs which required several rounds of back-and-forth communication. He was patient and responsive throughout this somewhat tedious process. In the end Mark worked with us to develop a plan that considered our concerns about damage to tree roots while addressing the need to control the water flow that damages our driveway. Mark was open to exploring the use of new materials and processes. His team respected our property while doing the work and the final product exceeded our expectations. I have received several compliments about Mark's work from my neighbors and at least one of them approached him while he was working to determine his availability for a project. Overall, the final product and the process exceeded our expectations."

"I signed a contract for work to be completed in 4 weeks. 4 Months later, work was finally (mostly) done - but only with extreme nagging on my part and excessive excuses and push back. The contractor only came to the project site if his sub-contractors created an issue (which was often). They dropped my A/C unit down a 10 foot hole, they didn't finish half the projects they said they would and completed the other half incorrectly based on hand drawings and gestures because neither the contractor or I could speak the same language as the sub-contractors, they made promises to show up and never did. Worst of all, they used design plans from a previous contractor that were approved by the city - but didn't use those plans and never updated the plans. The city inspector came and did not pass the project due to this discrepancy, but Vladimir told me it had passed. The city told me the permit expired. So - now Vladimir won't answer my emails and I have to pay someone else to fix it all."

Their work may be of higher caliber (based on reviews likely not) however, if you are seeking quality product delivery Roc Construction LLC IS NOT where you want to order. Received product saturated with earth & fill that was supposed to be something else. Justin will refeence all his experience in construction to justify what he sent you is in fact what you ordered. Unfortunately, that may not be the case. You don't need to be a Civil Engineer (I am a licensed Civil Engineer) to realize you have been given something you didn't order. One Pro is their responsiveness. You will get "a" product in timely fashion however, in my experience, it will not be what you ordered. I recommend ordering from a reputable company with stronger reviews. Please don't lose thousands of dollars like I did."

"I made the unfortunate decision of hiring this company. When the foreman showed up and said he didn't have any plans with him that should have been my first sign. Hopefully this prevents someone from making the 11K mistake I did. CopperFox came back to my property multiple times without resolving the issue. The issue still persists and they actually damaged my property in the process, eventually they just stopped responding. They washed out concrete in my drains, forgot to install the drainage tile, installed the drains in the wrong spot and right next to my foundation, cut the direct TV line, and left the space a mess. If that all wasn't enough, the quality of the work looks really rough. The grate drain wouldn't even drain because they filled it with concrete as well. Even if I had to pay extra to go with a different company, I definitely would have done it."
