"I admit I'm very detailed oriented, but Fence Me In didn't have quite the same attention to the little things that I did. The fence was installed on time and looks fine, but only after I had to point out a post that wasn't plumb, and a few other minor things that just weren't perfect. They did come back and fix most of the issues, but there are still a couple of minor things that aren't perfect. For most people, their quality of work would be fine, but for me they left me wishing they had the same very high standards that I do. I've had several neighbors ask if I would recommend them, and I've passed along their contact info with a honest recommendation that they were "OK". In my opinion, if you use them you'll get a decent job, reasonable follow-up, and a timely installation. Certainly not bad, but certainly not the very best contractor I've ever used. I struggled to answer the "would you hire them again?" question. The only choices given are yes or no, but I really want to say maybe. FYI, I got three bids for my fence project and they were the mid-priced bidder."

"Great again, hired them back two weeks after they came do yardwork and land clearing they put up my fence, row my entire property, a chain-link and salt a chain-link gate at the front of the property so people couldn’t use my driveway as a U-turn put an electric gate opener on there and they came out perfect I will be using them in the future and from now on they are my go to company"

"We are very pleased with Sky Home Improvements/Ben Meffley's work and communication.  The work was done at a rental home so we really appreciate Ben's great communication and keeping us updated.  Ben sent before and after pictures.  There were a couple of things that Ben noticed on the roof that would become problems in the future.  He called explained the situation and sent pictures.  He was very straight forward and honest and sent pictures of the items he noticed.  It was nice to be able to see (from the pictures) what needed to be done for ourselves.  In the future if there is anymore work that needs to be done we would definitely call Sky Home Improvements.

"The work was completed. He located the blockage in the pipe and in the process replaced the sink, faucet and disposal. It took 3 visits and significantly more money than the purchased coupon and estimated amount. I believe he was competent however, Rene, the plumber brought absolutely no equipment and few tools with him. I was paying him by the hour and he made 3 visits to Home Depot to buy tools and parts (common pvc pipe) all of which was "on the clock". He also charged me for everything he purchased including a snake that he needed in order to locate the clog in the drain. Am I wrong to expect that a plumber would have a snake? He didn't use all of the parts he purchased and gave them to me telling me that I could return them to Home Depot. However, because he used a debit card and I didn't want the money returned to that debit card, Home Depot didn't want to do the return - they did however, end up giving me store credit. He did not come at the times he said he would. He ended up doing the work very late in the afternoon stretching into the night. He left at midnight on one of the visits. I think because of the coupon they offered they have more business than they can actually handle. I chose them because their quote was cheaper than the other plumbers I called and they were offering a coupon $129 for 2 hours of work. However, in the end it cost me more than what the other plumbers quoted and I felt like I paid for a lot of time for him to run to Home Depot. I do believe he did a good job in installing the sink, faucet and disposal and he did locate the blockage using a much larger snake which was underneath the foundation floor."
