"Very good, but a little awkward. Cylia was very nice and friendly, and she and her helper did a very good job of cleaning my whole house. However, that took about 6 hours (2 people x 3 hours of work), and I did not want to exceed the time limitation and pay extra. I mentioned to Celia that they should be about done when 4 hours were up, but they were determined to complete the job. I think Cylia just wanted to make a good impression and not leave the house only partially cleaned, but would suggest that what needs to be done in what amount of time should be agreed upon prior to beginning work. All that said, I was happy with the work, Cylia was wonderful and did not request additional payment for the extra time. I will have her back."

Maria worked with me to accommodate my "emergency" and the house was in great shape when the family got there. The team of two worked very hard to complete the entire 2,300 sq ft home. The following week, when contractors made a mess of one of the rooms and after all of the furnishings were moved in, she saved the day once again by working us into her schedule.
