He answered multiple emails and even came out a second time to our home to further discuss replacing the doors and answer our questions. He checked in in-person a couple of times during the install process to make sure things were going smoothly. The install team were hard workers and did a great job. We used Star Home Improvements because of their reviews and we didn’t feel like just another number to the company. The plus side was they also came in with the lowest quote. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to others. "
