"MCM came in when a previous installer was not able to start the work in the promised time. The project took longer than expected, but not entirely their fault. The old wood in one room was installed with the wrong adhesive and was a mess to remove. The finished work is outstanding. And they went "above and beyond the call of duty" in offering to clean my roof and fix wood rot caused by water seepage at no extra cost. They are at the top of my list for the next home repair job. It was a big job and it was handled professionally and with care. The same crew arrived on time each day and worked a full day leaving our home in good condition so that we were still able to function. The owner checked on the job daily and ensured that everything was to our satisfaction, and it was. The job was scheduled to go for 10 days but they finished in 7 days.
