That was another perfect job – no more squeaks when we walked on the floors and it completed transformed the look of our home! "My driveway fell apart within days. The company is non-responsive to a warranty claim. It wasn't installed properly, and the gravel started flaking off immediately. It is already leaving depressions which will only get worse after winter. I have been chasing this company for months with vague promises they will look into it. Their last response was for me to sealcoat the driveway - at my expense! - which would only cover up the damage. I am pursuing a claim in court. Avoid this company if you don't want to have to do this."

As soon as the supplies arrived, Ekram’s team resumed the work right away and worked through cold winter days to complete the project. Ekram is responsive to our requests. The workers are also friendly and professional although they needed reminders to keep the work areas clean sometimes."

"I started out with the worst contractor of all time. Then I reached out on Angis list and was able to get in contract with Ahmed from smart general contracting. He was responsive right away and helped us finish our he house to look beautiful. He completed my porch, my stucco, and my pavement. Him and his workers were always kind and respectful. "TERRIBLE! Frank left a 2 ft x 4 ft block of concrete. There was a slightly raised area of concrete outside the garage that was not covered. The job was completed 2 1/2 years ago and already there are 2 foot long cracks. My main complaint though is there are large areas where the driveway is rocky, not at all smooth as it should be. When I called, Leo left me a message to call him but when I called back no one ever called me again. My neighbor, who also had his driveway paved by Sagrestano, also called to no avail. His driveway looks great and was completed long before mine. In my case, I believe Frank used poor quality asphalt and did not pay attention to the job at hand."

"I've used them before and they are excellent. They seal coated our driveway last week. Thirty minutes after they left we had a surprise downpour. Not predicted. I called and they said "no problem" and came back and re sealed. Refreshing in these times."
