"Our water heater finally gave out on us last night. I contacted hone advisors and was paired with Niko. He promptly called me immediately. I sent over pictures of my water heater. He quoted me a price for the new water heater including labor. He advised that he would remove the old water heater. We set up an appointment for the next morning (this morning).
