"The design of our fence is unique and original due to Hal's artistry. We get lots of compliments on the looks and craftsmanship of the fence. Hal was good to work with. He was patient with us even though we changed our minds a couple of times during the process. He really wanted to be sure we were satisfied. He got the job done on time and everything was as expected. He checked back in with us later in the summer. There were a couple of decorative boards that had warped on the fence and he promplty replaced them. We liked working with Hal because of the personal touch he gave. You don't get that with the big companies, and our dogs love him too."

"This was an interesting concept, but the process was cumbersome, slow,
and ultimately not too helpful. My wife an I were stuck on what to do
with redecorating, so this seemed like a good idea. For us at least, it
was not productive. It took several attempts to get a response and when
we did get a response, it was sort of vague. A few color swatches, links
to a couple of pieces of furniture, and that was about it. Our goal was
to get started with this and then move on to one-on-one consulting with
them, but the initial interaction didn't motivate us to move
forward. It is by no means a rip off. They do what they say, it just
wasn't working for us. Maybe as the idea matures it will improve. I suspect that if they raised the price they might be able to offer a more beneficial initial process.
