"Vernon Frost gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and replaced my hot water heater on a Sunday. He is very professional and experienced and did a very good job. He knows what he is doing! I am very impressed with him."

"This past Saturday night (2/23/2019) I lost water pressure. My water comes from my well so I thought about the well pump. Our last well pump replacement was very expensive by a company I won't name. I received a call back from Brennan Saturday night and schedules a Sunday morning visit. He called me Sunday morning and confirmed his arrival time. He showed up around the time he said he would with Steve. I met them in my front yard and briefed them on my problem. Both Brennan and Steve proceeded to troubleshoot exactly how I would (FYI I am a career electronics guy [30+ years] and now am the Quality Manager for the US Subsidiary of a worldwide manufacturer of telecom equipment). I know my way around the troubleshooting world. So after a little bit, Brennan and Steve inform me that they believe my well pump is dead. They pulled my pump, inspected the pipe and the wiring, measured it and provided me with an estimate for the repair. It was a lot less - a LOT less than what I previously paid for the exact same service 8 years ago. I cannot recommend Atlantic Blue Water Services enough. Both Brennan and Steve were courteous and professional. They were both also personable and inspired trust. I will return to Atlantic Blue for my future plumbing needs. They have found a customer for life."

"I got a frantic call from my housemate this past Sunday that the basement was flooded. I immediately knew that my 18 year-old water heater had finally given out. Knowing that we could live without hot water for at least a day, I contacted a few plumbers Monday morning based on their Angie's List reviews. While all were pleasant, I felt that Rob went out of his way to be useful. When I asked him for estimates on him providing the water heater vs. me purchasing one on and him installing, he (like others) was adamant that what he provided (A.O. Smith) was far superior to those that could be purchased at Lowe's. As he explained it, this is covered for complete replacement for 6 years no questions asked, while the brands big box stores sell require you to drain, seal, redrain, etc.over the course of weeks before they even consider replacing the water heater. A.O.Smith stands behind their product and, more importantly, trusts the judgement of a plumber that something is wrong.
I called Glenoak at 9:30a, and they had two technicians out to my house by 12:45p. They were out the door by 2:30p and the hot water was flowing by 3:30p. They hauled the old water heater away and cleaned up any mess. It was awesome. 
My only complaint is that the provided model is on the very high end of the energy guide scale compared to the big box models. In the end, it's only gonna cost me about $60 more per month. Moreover, technology today is WAY more advanced than that of 18 years ago, so I'm still doing good for the environment while also saving money. In the least, this model has foam internally, meaning i don't have to wrap it in a fiberglass blanket.
