"After resolving an initial issue with dust collection, Elegant Floors completed the job extremely well. We had originally gotten estimates to replace the floors, but the cost of refinishing was considerably less, and our 35-year-old oak floors look brand new again! Elegant Floors was the only contractor that suggested replacing the heating registers with flush-mount, which gives a very finished look. The crew was professional, cleaned up every day, and did outstanding work. BTW, dust turned out to be a non-issue; their standard system left very little dust upon completion of the job."

"William Zavala did an excellent job! Shower walls and bathroom floor were installed perfectly. Time to complete and cost were very reasonable. I would definitely have William provide his services again."

"We had almost 400 sq ft of tile removed and new hardwood floors put in the place. BR flooring had to tooth in the new hardwoods to the existing hardwoods in the adjoining area. After the install, the entire first floor had to be refinished, including the staircase and handrails, and a 2nd floor loft. the crew did the most amazing job. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful and Marcos and his crew left the house so clean. Barely any dust anywhere! If you're reading this and intend to refinish or install new wood floors, look no further. BR Flooring is the best!"

"What I like about working with James was he stayed in constant contact with me through the whole project. He repaired a hole left in my bathroom ceiling by the AC installer. Fixed a leaky pipe pipe under the upstairs toilet via the downstairs ceiling. Redid my Powder Room ceiling by installing a new ceiling. I like this guy he was very responsible cleaned up after himself and was very effective cost wise. I'll use him again. Thanks James."

"I had ALLTHINGSNEW redo my basement and add a wall to create a bedroom. Willie and his crew were professional, clean, and quick! I would recommend them for anything you need done. They went above and beyond my expectations and the space looks like it came with my home."

"It was amazing! Let me say right off the bat that Ken from Floor Gem was great. We had some water damage and needed to get the floor replaced before Thanksgiving. We had a little mix-up on the installation date and time but Ken was fantastic and with incredibly short notice he was able to arrange a team to perform our install. They did an amazing job! We couldn't be happier!"

"We recently had a complete remodel of our kitchen, powder room and our laundry room. I could not be happier with the results. Dan was very helpful with the design which made the kitchen more ergonomic. Everyone that worked on our project was hardworking, respectful and did an excellent job (shout outs to Cam, Josh, Walter and Fillipe). Dan would stop by, call or text to make sure everything was going smoothly. There were very few hiccups, but when there were, they were quickly resolved. In addition, the project areas were always left tidy at the end of the day. I highly recommend American Kitchens if you want a first rate kitchen renovation. Dan and his crew are the best."

"Wanted to rip out wall to wall carpeting and fix up the hardwood floors on stairs and second floor of a row house. the original pine floors were in horrible shape, so refinishing them turned out not to be an option. Wayne was super helpful in working with me on the solution I wanted, which was to find reclaimed flooring to lay in and finish in place. We used Oak. His team did a great job. They sent me regular photos and even a video of the progress. They were great at quick problem solving, letting me know right away if there was an issue so we could figure out how to resolve it. The stairs were in worse shape than expected too, so we had to lay over new boards. they put in a really thin plywood on the risers so as to maintain as much depth on rather shallow stairs. They laid the flooring into the closets and installed nailers for nice finished look. They got the work done in three days, even with the various complications, which worked well with my move in date. They left the place reasonably clean for having sanded, although that stuff get everywhere. Wayne came by to make sure I was happy with the results a few days later and they quickly found a fix for some exposed edges. I could not be happier with the results.

"We had some minor flooding in our basement and needed to replace some of the carpet. I first received estimates from two nationwide carpet companies. After reading the good Angies List reviews, I decided to get a third quote from Dependable Carpet & Flooring. I spoke to Tom, the owner, who personally came out. Unlike the chain stores, Tom took time to review our needs and later emailed us a carefully designed, competitive quote without pressuring us. Showing a willingness to work with us, he gave us different options for replacing only the damaged carpeting or the whole basement. He beat the competitors' pricing, and even offered more choices in terms of carpet and padding. We decided to do the whole basement, and we're glad we did. The installers came out and did a great job, and were friendly to my kids while still working efficiently, getting the job done in one day. The new carpet looks and feels fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dependable Carpet & Flooring. We are so happy with the job that we will call them again if we save up enough to re-carpet our upstairs bedrooms."

"Juan and Flavio provided excellent service and were extremely responsive. The install team led by Flavio were punctual, professional, and skilled. The new floors look great! They also buffed and resealed an existing hardwood floor. I am extremely pleased with the results. Their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend them!"
