"I’m going to begin this review by saying, I have never hired someone to do a job on my house where I have been completely satisfied with the labor and the finished product. Until now. I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstanding…. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! "Overall, I had an outstanding experience with everyone from John Krause Construction. Their customer service was most impressive. They asked about and worked around my schedule, were all prompt, courteous and friendly, and showed a true desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. Their cost estimate was competitive and fair. There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. I would certainly hire them again for any general home repairs/improvements."

"They were very patient and helpful with all of the issues that were present while replacing my roof and gutters. I had 2x6 boards, rather than plywood, as my roof substrate and a large amount was rotted out. They spent extra days on the project, communicated very well and sent pictures. The extra items I requested, the wood replacement (including all the gutter attachment boards) and some cracked cedar siding were taken care of well and for a reasonable price."

"I couldn't have been more pleased with Charm City Roofing. Home repairs, especially roof repairs were something I dreaded to think about. My experience with Charm City Roofing changed all of that. Starting with my point of contact Mac who did a WONDERFUL job explaining the process and providing a comprehensive step by step of how the installation of my replacement roof would be completed. My home currently has solar panels which needed to be removed before the installation of the new roof could begin, due to the slow response from the solar company this took over 4 months! They did not try to upsell or give me work that wasn't necessary, but offered their opinions for the most sensible plan, based on the situation. The work they did was very well done, even added a piece to my gutter to keep the water off of the fascia. They cleaned up the work area beautifully. I highly recommend Omni Roofing and will happily recommend them to my friends."

"I sought out three bids from highly rated Angie's list roofing companies. I eliminated one company that would not provide an estimate unless they could present it in person with my wife present (code for high-pressure sales). The second company was great, but did not get their bid to me until almost a week after they promised it. By comparison, Joe Makay got right back to me on first contact and every time I had a question. He was able to work my project into the schedule within a week and got got the entire large and complex job done in just two days. The end result was outstanding and well worth the price. I only rated their price as a B because their cost was somewhat higher than the other (larger) company that bid; however I went with Mckay because they were more responsive and customer service focused. I felt confident they would take good care of me and they did just that."
