"On June 10, I had a company to install security equipment in my home. In doing so, the installer drilled through a wire and I did not have electricity in several outlets due to the damage. I called Hands on Electric on June 11 and spoke to the owner, Kevin Williams. I explained my problem to Mr. Williams and he gave me a window of time in which he would be able to come out. I called on a Thursday and they were able to schedule my install for the following Monday. The electricians arrived on time, and were very friendly and professional upon our initial greeting. I was shocked when Tim offered to troubleshoot the issue for free, despite estimating it could take 1.5-2 hours. Tim was prompt (even called to let me know he was running a few minutes late), wore a mask (COVID), was courteous, and determined the issue really quickly. "I was very pleased with the electrical inspection that Mr. Sparky performed. I was able to set up the appointment for the inspection at the same time I scheduled my HVAC spring maintenance and roof inspection because these services are part of my annual maintenance plan which was well priced at $220, especially considering the services provided. I forgot the technician?s name that performed the inspection but he was on time, professional and very knowledgeable.  He pointed out some simple things that I hadn?t paid attention to, like replacing my outlets close to the kitchen counter with GFI outlets.  Having this service be part of the annual maintenance plan is a great benefit. I highly recommend signing up for the maintenance plan and using Mr. Sparky for any electrical job.
