The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away.\n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's\n 225 for 11x14's\n 275 for 14x17's\n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. I am also friends on Facebook with almost every person I've ever drawn for as well and would like to be your friend as well if you would like that. I post them on FB at your discretion. It makes me way more legit to people as well. \n The Prices vary with the art because of the size of the drawing as well as the number of faces. The number of faces DOES NOT double the cost. He clearly has no understanding as to the running of this business, how to deal with employees, or how to procure client relations. They just suck! Still awaiting my small upfront payment to be refunded, no response after a week of texting."

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! We had a designer come out to take measurements and she was so lovely, I really liked her. Unfortunately she did not listen to my husband when he told her what closet depth we wanted and we did not check her work.... it never occurred to us that A. she would not listen and B. that she would not use the entire space we had available for the closet. Pan to 2 weeks later when my husband finished preparing the space (he had surgery so couldn't do the work right away) and we looked at the plans only to discover the discrepancy of over 4 inches!!!! I contacted her straight away (at this point the install was 2 days away) and told her what happened. She said there was nothing she could do and I would have to speak to a manager. After 6 calls and messages he finally got back to me to tell me that there was absolutely nothing that he could do for me since the pieces were already cut. I am a repeat customer and was willing to pay for the difference in price for the correct measurement. He said there was nothing that could be done and that they would keep our deposit of $1023.00 and that I could find someone else to work with. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before deciding to hire them again because they really and truly do not care about their reputation or their customers."
