"My sewage ejector pump in basement would not stop running and I was looking to replace it. I texted Dean two pictures of the pump, he was able to give me a quote over text and the price was quite reasonable. He received a new pump on 5/22/2023 and came over to my house. After opening up the old pump and checking, he told me that the only thing that is really broken is the check valve, the switch got stuck but is still functioning, and the pump itself works fine. I ended up asking him to only replace the check valve and the switch and this saved me about $1000 from the original plan. I appreciate Dean's honesty, professionalism, and a job well done."

His quote was priced competitively and transparently so that it was easy to modify moving forward during the process. His team worked hard and efficiently - they even could work on Saturday. They took care of details to cover the disturbed soil with seeds and straws after finishing the paving. They also buried drain pipes for our gutter down sprouts to be redirected underneath the patio. Luis kept track of our project well, and his team and he are very understanding and easy to communicate in person. It would be better to schedule in-person discussions with Luis than texting/phone since he is involved in multiple projects and quite busy."

"My daughter is getting married this week and we have a house full of guests from out of town. It would not be a very good time to also have to deal with a flood. The technician just left. He was pleasant and clearly knew his business. He did a professional job of cleaning out the sludge, showing me the workings of the system and letting me know realistic expectations on the motor life. That said, I decided to err on the side of caution and replace the motor which he had with him.
