"Michael Marks was the arborist for our area who came to give the estimate. It was fair compared to other quotes so we hired them and they scheduled the tree removal within the next couple of days. We didn't even need to be home. The workers came on-time and didn't ask us to even sign anything before they left and didn't leave a mess either. However, after they left we noticed they didn't trim the large front tree back as much as we wanted and did not remove the stumps from a couple trees (which we paid extra for). I have left 3 messages for Mike Marks about a follow-up and he has yet to call or contact me and it has been 3 weeks since the job finished. Very disappointing customer service.  Especially when the homeowner does not need to be present, there should be better follow-up on customer satisfaction."
