We had our staircase completely replaced, new wood flooring on our second floor landing, and sanding and refinishing to a lighter color in our family room, dining room and foyer. For example, he suggested during mid-job I replace my old posts and handrails instead of sanding and refinishing and adjusted the price down. They worked extra hours to get things right. He hired a painter to fix patching and painting we should have expected from the staircase demo. Next, we detail the floor, then we apply multiple coats of our commercial grade sealer and our hybrid urethane finish. You can walk right on the floors as soon as we are done.
