"Derek and his worker Rogelio were all one could ask for! They arrived on time for multiple visits, charge very reasonable rates, do the list of jobs & cleanup. They were polite and knowledgeable in all my 8 areas of need. Freeman Repair are outstanding in every way and most of all do excellent work! After experiencing other handymen, they are such a pleasure."

"For the leaky window, a bead of clear caulk was installed where the handyman thought it should go. This leak was the first in 10 years on a 10 year old house. The leak occurred on the day when tornadoes hit the state, no tornado here but very windy. Leak probably caused by the wind, but hard to tell. I guess we’ll see if that was it. The sticky door was fixed in moments, no waiting to tell for that, it works great now with no sticking. Also of note, I called on a Tuesday and they were here the next day."

"The scheduler did not tell me I had to furnish materials, so wrapping porch columns in vinyl could not be done. I assumed quoted price included materials. It did not. The workman who did the other jobs (repairing stairs, cutting off a door, fixing an ill hanging door and repairing two cabinet hinges) did a good job. However the scheduler corrected the price and quoted $1257 for the work accomplished, which only took 6 hours. That is over $200 an hour. Happy with the work, unhappy with the price."

"This was a great experience. Davidson verified the job twice before installing the door. The door was installed through a structural wall and Davidson took all the necessary steps and precautions to ensure everything was perfect. We couldnâ t be happier with the quality of the project and now have access to an awesome storage area!! Highly recommended."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"Job went very well. Oswaldo was focused and paid attention to every detail. He worked hard and did a complete job. I will most definitely hire him again for future projects."

"Prompt, and did excellent work."

"Miguel and his crew were prompt, respectful of my home and very neat. My doors look AMAZING. Use them for your next home project."

"Excellent. Chris did the work. He explained everything he was gonna do for me step by step and was very reasonably priced."

"Outstanding craftsmanship, great value and impeccable timing. We had soft spots in our subfloor repaired and vinyl plank/ trim, baseboards installed. It's extremely hard to find a company that cares about your home as if it were theirs. They fit into our tight schedule and 3-1/2 days later ,accomplished what others quoted as 3-4 weeks out. If you want it done right the first time, reach out to this company for best quality in Charleston."
