He:

- - got right to work (bonus),
- - worked efficiently (i am really intolerant of slackers),
- - worked collaboratively (talked through a height decision on the pendant with me pro-actively),
- - provided great coaching (I am doing a serious DIY renovation and was working on the backsplash at the same time. He gave me some good tips)
- - let me help so as to maximize his value (I made a home depot run, he showed me how to assemble the light fixtures how he wanted them so I could do that while he was working on the plumbing)
