"We went over with this company multiple times that we needed this fence to keep our dogs safely in our yard and they assured us that they would make it so. Then they installed the fence and there were huge gaps under the vinyl portion that they said had to be there for when the gated opened. They didn't offer to fill in the gaps or anything, left it to us. So, our chihuahua gets out of our yard on a monthly basis basically because she just digs right under the fence. Then we have a big shepherd and he started getting out because they didn't do the standard for dog fencing, which is a solid metal bar, like the one on top, as the bottom.
