"I am disappointed with the painting service I received. I was happy with the painter’s work in the beginning—the prep and the first part of the living room were done well, and the quality looked promising. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. By the time the painter got to the remaining areas, the work felt rushed and noticeably lower in quality. The work was sloppy, with uneven lines, missing spots, and paint left on surfaces on floors. The painter did not complete the job as agreed, leaving some areas unfinished. On top of that, the painter did not work the hours that were promised. They frequently left early, and it was noticeably clear that the painter rushed to finish. The early effort showed potential, but the inconsistent pace and rushed finish left me unhappy with the final result. The work lacked attention to detail, with uneven coverage and areas that looked hastily done. Even after multiple reminders, they hesitated to do the job properly, showing frustration / irritation and never showed the level of care or effort needed to achieve a clean, professional result. The attention to detail just was not there, and it was frustrating having to repeatedly ask for basic corrections. I expected a higher standard of workmanship and accountability. After the painting job finished, the painter hesitated to move the furniture back to its original place, even though they had moved on beginning for the job. I was also asked for extra payment for this saying moving furniture is not part of painting job, which I had not expected. It left me feeling that the job was not managed with the professionalism or clarity I was hoping for. Honestly, I felt like I could have done the same job myself and saved the money. This experience left me feeling that workmanship and value just was not there. I had hoped for a more careful job, but unfortunately the quality was not there. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor quality of work make it impossible for me to recommend this painter. I expected much better. Do not hire this painter."

"I was looking for a contractor to renovate a 2BR rental property. After meeting with several contractors I had decided to go with HD Renovations. During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. As a landlord I have used many contractors over the years. HD Renovations were the best! I look forward to working with them in the future!"

"I wrote a review that was based on the job performed at my home. It was not great. I guess after they saw the review they decided to contact me. Over a month later. They wanted to come back to correct the issue. They did come back and as I said before the painter Daniel was good at painting. The project manager was very on top of the project this time. It is a shame he wasn't on top of things Initially, however he was there after my review. The main issue was the ceilings that were cracking and peeling two days after the job was completed. I was told there was a leak above me which I disagreed with. It turns out I was correct. Since the job was done properly I have had no problems since they left. I don't think they used the proper bathroom paint the first time, I cannot prove it except for the fact that no remaining paint was left after the Initial job. They did show me bathroom and spa paint the second time and left the remaining paint. I said I would write another review based on the return to fix the initial job. It was corrected, but I would never use them again. The co-owner Mike was clueless. I cannot respect a boss who is clueless with no answers. I will also never use Angi again. Completely incompetent. Since I wrote that, I doubt you will ever see this review. Father taught me if you want something done rignt, do it yourself."
